Selena on the Cristina Show

I grew up in Corpus Christi, not too far from where Selena lived. #TrueStory My mother worked for a local radio station in CC and I remember seeing Selena's phone number on the wall near the front desk. Being the person that I am, I decided to dial the number. Phone rang, A girl answered, I asked..."Can I speak to Selena" mind you I was about 6 or 7 years old... lol anyway her father finally got on the phone and said she wasn't available to speak. I said "thank you" and hung up. I just remember being inspired and obviously looked up to her in some kind of way for the thought to even call her, to come to mind.

Summer- Look of the Week

I am all about mixing bright colors and patterns especially this summer. I think this skirt with a simple tank fits perfect! The shoes are WOW and the accessories are simple yet popping! (feather earrings, Latina Ring and nice bold bangles) After all it is summer and you don't want to over do it! "Life is Beauty Full"
