Celebrating the Holidays con Familia + A Holiday Giveaway

As we prepare for the gift exchanging and the holiday parties, I want to share some fun new holiday cards that Hallmark has created for our family and friends who speak EspaƱol or if you're like me want to give some of your non Spanish speaking friends a card from their favorite Latina, lol! My family is a big one, and most of the time I can't make it to be with some of the most important family members such as my abuela's because they are living in Mexico and I cannot be with them. That is why I am happy that Hallmark is helping us connect with family and friends in our language. Imagine the happiness someone gets when receiving a card.
The cards are beautiful hand designed cards that are perfect for everyone on your list. Whether its a holiday, birthday or just because they have a variety of funny, religious, lighthearted and heartfelt cards, you know the ones that make you cry because they are just that beautiful. I love the "just because" cards - just takes the words right out of my mind and on the card. Imagine the happiness someone gets when receiving a card with a picture or a small gift.

Visit Hallmark.com to find and share the perfect holiday card.

Alvin and The Chipmunks Live with my Chipmunk

Monday, October 26, 2015

This is part of a sponsored post * I received tickets to the show in exchange for this post*

Last week, I was invited by Latina Bloggers Connect to the Alvin and The Chipmunks Live Tour in Houston.  Growing up, I used to watch Alvin and The Chipmunks cartoons and my son has recently been watching the cartoons himself, so when I got the opportunity to write about the show and the upcoming movie in exchange for passes to the show, I jumped on it! I just knew Anthony would have a blast. Besides it being a school night, and him missing his bed time, we had a great time for  mommy and son date. I also invited my friend and her daughter because I knew they would enjoy it as well.

I was on TMZ (video)
Yesterday, I was a guest on TMZ giving my thoughts on the Janet Jackson/ Instagram issue. Basically, Janet is on tour and Janet doesn't want anyone taping any part of her show and sharing it on Instagram. Janet's attorneys have asked Instagram to delete user accounts who posted footage and users are upset because not only did they delete the video but they've also deleted their whole account where users are losing other memories besides the show.

Not cool! Anyway, watch what I say about it and the response from Harvey. Lol

Dove Dry Spray Review

Tuesday, October 20, 2015

Introduced by Simply Stylist, I’ve partnered with Dove and I think I found my favorite deodorant ladies!
Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant is the latest beauty essential I cannot stop talking about. First of all, I am always on the go and interacting with people so being dry and smelling clean is very important. From the moment I sprayed it on my body I noticed the instantly dry application; which is perfect for us fashionistas because it won’t leave any visible residue....and you know how much we hate that!

When you think of classical music, you don't think of break dancing do you? I didn't either, but I was definitely intrigued by it. The idea that the dancers had to create and dance along to classical piece was something I had to see. I listened to classical music nearly the whole time I was pregnant with my son... and whenever Anthony is sleepy or fussy while we are out and about I always change the radio station to a classical station because I know he we will rest easy and its soothing. I also wasn't new to break dancing, my older brothers used to break dance back in the day and I remember that once, when no one was looking I did a headspin in the back yard of my parents house on a piece of cardboard box that was laid out flat. i promise. lol
